{"id":6583,"date":"2025-05-22T21:58:21","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T21:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.coopevian.com\/web2024\/?p=6583"},"modified":"2025-08-21T19:16:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T19:16:09","slug":"coopevian-crea-el-comite-de-integridad-y-etica-cie-para-prevenir-y-sancionar-la-violencia-de-genero-y-el-acoso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopevian.com\/web2024\/noticias\/coopevian-crea-el-comite-de-integridad-y-etica-cie-para-prevenir-y-sancionar-la-violencia-de-genero-y-el-acoso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Coopevian crea el Comit\u00e9 de Integridad y \u00c9tica (CIE) para prevenir y sancionar la violencia de g\u00e9nero y el acoso sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En COOPEVIAN, se ha creado el nuevo Comit\u00e9 de Integridad y \u00c9tica (CIE), que tendr\u00e1 como principal funci\u00f3n investigar todas aquellas conductas constitutivas de acoso sexual y violencia de g\u00e9nero en el marco de las relaciones de trabajo asociado y\/o laboral.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El CIE se crea a trav\u00e9s del \u201cPROTOCOLO Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREVENCI\u00d3N, PROTECCI\u00d3N, ATENCI\u00d3N Y SANCI\u00d3N DE CASOS DE VIOLENCIA DE G\u00c9NERO Y ACOSO SEXUAL EN EL CONTEXTO DE LAS RELACIONES DE TRABAJO ASOCIADO Y\/O LABORAL EN COOPEVIAN CTA\u201d; teniendo en cuenta la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 2365 de 2024, expedida por el Gobierno Nacional, en aras de garantizar el derecho fundamental a la igualdad, propendiendo por un ambiente laboral libre de discriminaci\u00f3n y de conductas que atenten contra la integridad personal o la violencia sexual.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Adem\u00e1s de investigar, el CIE se encargar\u00e1 de orientar jur\u00eddica, social y psicol\u00f3gicamente a las personas que sean v\u00edctimas de conductas enmarcadas en violencia de g\u00e9nero o acoso sexual, ocurridas en las instalaciones de COOPEVIAN o en cualquiera de sus frentes de trabajo, asimismo informar\u00e1 de la ocurrencia de estos hechos a las entidades contratistas sobre las cuales opere alguna de estas conductas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El prop\u00f3sito de COOPEVIAN, con la puesta en marcha del Comit\u00e9 de Integridad y \u00c9tica (CIE), es\u00a0 generar espacios sanos y libres de atentados contra la integridad personal en cualquiera de sus aristas, presentando elementos de prevenci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y creando canales de atenci\u00f3n para que nuestros asociados y empleados presenten sus respectivas quejas, en el marco de una pol\u00edtica \u201ccero tolerancia\u201d frente a la ocurrencia de hechos contrarios a la convivencia laboral tendientes a la discriminaci\u00f3n o violencia sexual.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">De acuerdo a la finalidad investigativa dispuesta para el CIE, se ha creado el correo corporativo <\/span><a href=\"mailto:comite.integridad@coopevian.com\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">comite.integridad@coopevian.com<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, para la presentaci\u00f3n de quejas relativas a conductas de acoso sexual o violencia de genero. Asimismo, el canal de PQRSF dispuesto por la cooperativa a trav\u00e9s de su sitio web: https:\/\/www.coopevian.com\/web2024\/pqrsf\/ servir\u00e1 como canal de recepci\u00f3n para quejas sobre situaciones de acoso sexual y violencia de genero an\u00f3nimas. Las quejas presentadas a trav\u00e9s de estos canales deber\u00e1n ser acompa\u00f1adas de elementos probatorios que permitan establecer la ocurrencia de los hechos, teniendo en cuenta la gravedad de las acusaciones y que dichas conductas son consideradas delitos en el \u00e1mbito penal colombiano.<\/span><span
